HOW TO MEASURE
Step 1
Stand naturally. Do not suck in.
Step 2
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your natural waist — directly above your belly button and below your ribcage.
Step 3
Match your measurement to the chart above and select your size.
HEIGHT OPTIONS
24 cm / 9.4 in
Best for XS and S sizes. Shorter torso coverage. Ideal if you are under 5ft 4in or prefer a more targeted compression zone.
28 cm / 11 in
Best for M, L and XL sizes. Fuller torso coverage from hips to just below the bust. Ideal if you are 5ft 4in and above or want maximum smoothing coverage.
Not sure which size? Go up one size for all day comfort and a softer feel. Go down one size for firmer compression and a more sculpted result.
